It was unveiled at its Swell conference in New York. The platform adds an AI layer that, with its GSmart treasury assistant, coordinates cash positioning, forecasting, reconciliation, liquidity and payments.
The new “24/7 Returns” feature allows eligible corporate clients to earn yield on digital assets in a Ripple wallet, including RLUSD, so that cash does not sit idle overnight, on weekends or on holidays.
Named clients include American Airlines, Christian Louboutin, Subway, Adecco and Kingfisher. Ripple cites the AFP’s 2026 liquidity survey: 46% of companies increased their cash balances in the U.S.
The new orchestration capabilities connect treasury workflows, AI, payments and platform choice, while 24/7 Returns allows businesses to put operating cash to work beyond traditional banking hours with Ripple USD (RLUSD).
New York, October 26, 2026 — Ripple , a leading provider of blockchain solutions for traditional and digital finance, today announced new capabilities for Ripple Treasury, designed to enable global companies such as American Airlines, Trax, Christian Louboutin, Subway, Adecco and Kingfisher to manage cash, liquidity and payments around the clock. Unveiled at Swell 2026, this announcement represents a significant step toward always-on corporate treasury management, combining established treasury management capabilities, AI-driven orchestration and digital infrastructure.
As AI accelerates financial decision-making and digital payment platforms allow money to move beyond traditional banking hours, businesses need treasury operations that can keep pace. At the heart of the new Ripple Treasury experience is an orchestration layer that works with GSmart , Ripple Treasury’s native AI capabilities for treasury, to coordinate and automate workflows across cash positioning, forecasting, reconciliation, liquidity management and payments. By connecting decisions with execution, Ripple Treasury helps finance teams reduce manual processes, respond faster to changing financial needs and move toward truly uninterrupted treasury operations.
“Treasury is moving from mere visibility to action, and the new challenge lies in orchestration: connecting reliable data, intelligence and the ability to move funds so that better decisions translate into timely execution,” said Kevin Permenter, research director at IDC. “Platforms that integrate these layers, rather than assembling them from different vendors, are addressing the most important constraint.”
Over the past year, 46% of organizations increased their U.S. cash balances, while 86% of treasury professionals said their organizations would opt for real-time money market funds if they met their investment policies, according to the 2026 AFP Liquidity Survey. There is an emerging opportunity for businesses to manage their cash more productively without compromising their liquidity needs.
One of the ways Ripple Treasury meets this need is by introducing 24/7 Returns, a new feature designed to help eligible businesses generate yield on operating cash that would otherwise sit idle overnight, on weekends and on holidays. Ripple Treasury clients can earn yield on their eligible digital assets, including RLUSD, Ripple’s U.S. dollar-backed stablecoin, provided they meet the program requirements. Businesses can invest available cash outside traditional banking hours without having to independently manage transactions in the underlying digital assets.
“When one of the fundamental pillars of your business is accuracy and security in payments, you need an exceptional partner and ecosystem,” said Blake Tablak, CEO of Trax . “Our collaboration with Ripple Treasury is just getting started and is already bearing fruit.”
“The way businesses move money is changing, and treasury must evolve with it,” said Renaat Ver Eecke, senior vice president of Ripple Treasury. “As AI accelerates decision-making and digital platforms allow money to move 24 hours a day, businesses need systems that can keep pace. Our vision is to bring together treasury management, intelligence and execution, giving finance teams the ability to act faster and operate continuously without adding complexity or sacrificing control.”
This launch builds on Ripple’s broader strategy of connecting corporate finance with modern financial infrastructure. By integrating treasury management, payments, liquidity, stablecoins and custody, Ripple aims to offer businesses a more integrated way to manage and move money across fiat and digital systems. Instead of forcing companies to contract and manage multiple independent providers, Ripple offers a single partner for increasingly complex treasury operations, helping reduce operational friction and simplifying the adoption of digital assets.
