Paqueland, a metaverse of shopping centres and retail parks, events and conferences, has reached an agreement with Criptoro, a new technology, fintech and DeFi company, for CTRO to become the native utility token of this metaverse.
The agreement was concluded with the aim of making this utility token the means of payment for any Parqueland product or service, and likewise for those companies or future partners that have a store, building or ecosystem within it.
This crypto asset can be used inside or outside decentralised finance metaverses, which allow any company to onboard to web3 in an accessible way, using a platform such as Parqueland.
In other words, CTRO will be used as a means of payment for Parqueland or companies within it, thus being Parqueland’s official money for purchasing any product or service on sale in this metaverse. In addition, the blockchain on which CTRO will run within this virtual world will be Polygon (ERC-20).
Its importance should be highlighted, as it is a Spanish token that was the second to request from the CNMV the information verifying that it is a utility token in Spain.
Undoubtedly, the agreement with Criptoro, whose aim is to help other companies onboard to tokenisation, among other services, will be a step forward for the sound development of the Parqueland metaverse, offering all users a reliable, secure and transparent means of payment for all the transactions they carry out.

Sonorama Ribera is a music festival held in the town of Aranda de Duero, in the province of Burgos, since 1998.
Enjoying Sonorama Ribera from anywhere in the world will be possible next August thanks to the Parqueland metaverse. The Aranda de Duero festival will be part of the Parqueland project from 9 to 13 August, offering a “unique and unforgettable” experience for its attendees. The collaboration between the two allows users to enjoy the experience from every corner of the planet.
The festival organisers have explained that Parqueland is the only metaverse that brings together reality and the virtual world, “offering users the chance to explore two of the festival’s main stages, interact with other attendees through avatars and enjoy live music from a virtual and fully immersive environment”.
Along these lines, they reveal that the experience is “so real” that users will feel they are experiencing the festival in person, with the possibility to move around the virtual space, enter exclusive rooms, access unique surprises and enjoy the music as if they were there in person, all paid for with the official currency of Parqueland, under the strategic agreement to tokenise the metaverse with Criptoro and its utility token for payments, $CTRO.
